**Overview:**\
You can make any folder (or multiple folders) visible to all event attendees by enabling "Show in Gallery." Once enabled, those photos become part of the public gallery — visible to everyone at the event, even guests who don't appear in the photos themselves. This can be toggled off at any time.

**Steps:**

1. Open your web browser and log in to Premagic at app.premagic.com.

2. Go to the relevant **event**.

3. Click the **Photos** tab.

4. Click **Edit Album**.

5. You'll see a list of all folders in that album.

6. For each folder you want to publish, click **Show in Gallery**.

7. The folder is now part of the public gallery and visible to all attendees in their respective galleries

**To make a folder private again:** Click **Hide from Gallery** again on that same folder — it will toggle off and be removed from the public gallery.

**Note:** Repeat step 6 for as many folders as you'd like to make public.
