This article walks you through creating and sharing your personalized event poster using the link provided by the event organizer.

Step 1: Open your poster link

Open the poster creation link shared with you. You'll see the available poster template(s) at the top and a preview below, with placeholders for your photo, name, and role.

At the bottom of the page you have two options:

• Get Started (recommended): automatically fills in your details using LinkedIn.

• Edit: manually enter your details.

Step 2: Add your details

Option A: Get Started (recommended)

1. Click “Get Started.”

2. You'll be taken to LinkedIn's sign-in page. Log in and grant the requested permissions.

3. Your name, role, and photo are pulled from your LinkedIn profile and fill in automatically, no manual entry needed.

Option B: Edit (manual)

4. Click “Edit” instead of “Get Started.”

5. In the Edit details window, add a photo by uploading one from your device or pulling it from LinkedIn.

6. Enter your Name and Role, and your Email (required).

7. Use “Hide” next to any field to leave it off the poster.

8. Click “Save” (or “Continue without Photo” to skip the photo).

Step 3: Review your poster and caption

Once your details are in (via either option), your poster is generated automatically with your photo, name, and role. Below it, you'll see a ready-made, AI-written caption.

• Choose between the poster options from the top panel.

• Click on edit to edit any details on the poster - change image, name, role or company details.

• Edit the caption directly if you want to personalize it further.

• Click “Get another copy” to generate a new AI caption.

• Use “@ Company” to tag your company in the post.

Step 4: Share your poster

9. Click “Share” to post directly to LinkedIn.

10. To use another platform, click the dropdown next to the LinkedIn icon and choose from WhatsApp, Email, Download photo, Facebook, Instagram, x or other options

Note: LinkedIn is the only platform with direct posting support, so clicking Share posts immediately there. For all other platforms, selecting them downloads the poster image and copies the caption for you to share manually.
