You can show each speaker's own session title and time directly on their poster. This article covers the full setup: importing speaker data, importing sessions, and adding the session widgets to the poster.
Step 1: Import your speaker data
1. Go to the “Attendees” tab and start an import of your speaker data.
2. On the “Map your columns” screen, map your CSV columns to the corresponding Premagic fields.
3. Make sure the Attendee type column is mapped, and set the value to “Speaker” so each person is tagged correctly.
For more detail on the import and column mapping screen itself, see “How to Add a Dynamic Promo Code to Your Posters.”
Step 2: Import your sessions
4. Open your event and go to the “Sessions” tab.
5. Click the “⋮” menu next to “+ Session” and choose “Bulk import sessions.”

6. On the “Map your columns” screen, match your CSV columns (such as email, session title, date, and time) to the corresponding Premagic fields (Email, Title, Start date, Timezone).

Note: session start and end times use the timezone column in your file, written as a zone name like Asia/Kolkata or America/New_York. Rows left blank fall back to your event's timezone.
7. Click “Import [n] sessions,” then review the “Confirm import” summary, file name, event, row count, and timezone, before confirming.

Step 3: Add session widgets to the speaker poster
8. Open the poster creator for the Speaker category, and click “+ Widget.”
9. Under “Session content,” add the “Session Title” and/or “Session Date” widgets to your poster.

These widgets automatically pull in the session tied to each speaker, no need to prefill them from data the way you would with a field like Promo Code.
Final Step: Get your speaker poster
You can see the respective speaker poster links from the "attendee tab", click on the speaker name and open their poster.
