Getting Swoogo API Credentials for Premagic Integration

Follow these steps to find and share your Swoogo API credentials with the Premagic team.

Step 1: Log in to Swoogo

  1. Log in to your Swoogo account.

  2. After logging in, you’ll see your Swoogo dashboard.

Step 2: Go to “My Profile”

  1. In the top-right corner, click the circular icon with your initials.

  2. From the dropdown menu, click My Profile.

Step 3: Open “API Credentials”

  1. On the left sidebar of the My Profile page, click API Credentials.

  2. The API Credentials screen will appear. Here you will see your encoded API credentials.

Step 4: Copy and Share Encoded Credentials

  1. Next to the Encoded Credentials field, click the Copy icon to copy your credentials.

  2. Paste and share the copied encoded credentials with the Premagic Customer Success Team using an approved secure communication channel (for example, the one your Premagic contact has specified).

  3. The Premagic team will use these credentials to complete the remaining integration steps on your behalf.
